About Family First
Family First Incorporated was founded in 2012 by Dayton residents who wanted to do residential real estate the way they would want it done for their own family. That idea, simple as it sounds, still runs every decision we make.
We started with a handful of single-family rentals in West Dayton. Today we own, manage, and build apartment buildings, duplexes, and homes across Five Oak, Grafton Hills, and the surrounding area, but we still operate at neighborhood scale by choice.
We hold our properties to the standard a family would set for their own home. If we would not live in it, we do not rent it.
We build and buy for the long run. Our portfolio grows slowly because we plan to keep what we own for decades.
Every dollar we make goes back into Dayton — into our buildings, into the community they sit on, and into the people who call them home.
